 What is it?

“Mission Impossibles” is an appreciation game, exactly like the ones Apple and Google use for their employees, with game-play running in the background of any normal workweek.

The plot and missions play out in real life, with everything geared towards laughter and fun for the staff, while also maintaining the flexibility for players to put as much or as little effort into it as desired.

How Much Does It Cost?

MollysJoy.org sponsors the game with all the prizes and in-game rewards. There is a one-time setup fee of $59 to $129 per school, depending upon your size, which pays for your game administrator and support. This fee is fully refundable if you decide to cancel or decide the game isn’t for you. (Click here to register your school)

HOW IT WORKS

Once registered, we provide you a kick-off email to announce it to the staff, and the fun will begin from there. Our Controller will find ways to deliver everyone missions, which can show up from anywhere and at anytime… we have our ways! Everyone completes missions at their own pace to win prizes for themselves and your school.

What are missions like?

Expect to be sneaky, daring, and creative, with tons of anonymous surprises created to make teachers laugh and have fun at work.

Staff always have the option to participate as much as they want, skipping any mission as needed. We want this to lessen their stress, not add to it!

In addition, we work with administrators to ensure all activities fit within your school rules and culture (which rarely should be an issue, but we like to make sure).

Once a mission is complete, players report the results and upload any photos. Points are earned based upon creativity and overall success, with prizes awarded to individuals as well as top performing schools.
